The process begins when a client contacts Pupshaven. From there, we start working to find the perfect puppy match based on their preferences. Clients are welcome to visit and meet the puppy in person at it’s location. 

We always recommend that the client have the puppy examined by a veterinarian of their choice for peace of mind. Once the vet confirms the puppy’s health, the client can complete the payment and take their new companion home the same day.

Yes, absolutely — we offer the option to reserve a puppy by placing a 50% deposit of the total price. In this case, Pupshaven signs a contract with the client, ensuring the puppy is securely held and ready for pickup after a short agreed-upon period.

Once the client shares the specific traits they’re looking for in their new family member, we begin reaching out to our trusted international sources. We focus on securing the best bloodlines from Europe and Russia to match their preferences.

After the client confirms their selection, an 80% non-refundable deposit is required to proceed. This deposit is only refundable in the rare case that the puppy arrives in poor health or is denied entry at the border due to import restrictions.

We offer several convenient payment methods to suit our clients’ preferences. Cash is the simplest and most straightforward option, but we also accept bank transfers. For added flexibility, we provide a POS machine on-site, allowing clients to pay using any debit or credit card — with the option to split the payment into installments through their bank. Additionally, we support Tabby for easy, interest-free installment plans.
